Good value in a safe area. Hotel is BUDGET. Perfect place for one night. Apart from that, Des Moines Gospel Chapel was 5 minutes' drive away.

strongly recommend it and would come there again. it was adjacent to des moines beach. comfy bed in the double room, and cable channels, ironing facilities and a work desk.
